Healing Hot Stone Massages are 75, 90 minutes, or 2 hours long. The price range is $85-$145 an hour. Basalt stones are warmed in hot water and used to massage and kneed the muscles, instead of hands.  The heat helps the muscles release tension and pain, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.  Book a Hot Stone Massage Here.

This is a traditional form of Chinese medicine where cups are placed on a part of the body and a suction is created which pulls the skin upwards.  This is a gentle and effective form of fascia release as well as helping move lymph fluid.  This may be incorporated in a treatment at no additional charge.

This made in-house scrub uses pink Himalayan salt to exfoliate and oils and aloe vera to soften and smooth.  It is followed by a thick body butter for long term moisturization.
